Provide the hotel’s basic details. We will clarify the selected package, deliverables, materials, completion time, listing term and individual invoice. Submission does not create a payment obligation.

I understand that a paid profile is normally listed for 12 months from publication, renewal is not automatic, and material changes must be reported.

Before submission

Prepare the materials

the hotel’s official name and website;
a brief property description;
a list of key services;
booking and cancellation rules;
3–10 photographs;
a contact person.

No file upload is required in this form. After the preliminary review, we will ask you to send photographs and additional materials by e-mail.

Remote format

Publicly available information and materials supplied by the hotel are sufficient.

Certificate

An on-site assessment must be agreed and completed.

Timing and assessment team

CertificateUsually valid for 12 months; the final term is stated in the certificate or final report.

On-site assessmentApproximately 7–10 calendar days, taking account of flights, connections, transfers and the agreed assessment programme.

Assessment team: normally two Union representatives. Travel expenses are calculated for two people and agreed in advance.

Paid profiles: 12 months from actual publication. Free pilot profiles: 6 months. Renewal requires confirmation and a new invoice; there is no automatic charging.
